No Refund if Product Delivered:

  • Once your order is delivered successfully, we do not offer refunds.
  • We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Replacement for Wrong Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, we will gladly replace them.
  • To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the incorrect items for verification purposes.
  • Once confirmed, we will arrange for the prompt replacement of the incorrect items at no additional cost to you.

COD Advance Payment Requirement:

  • For all orders, a Cash on Delivery (COD) advance payment of one-third (1/3rd) of the total order amount is mandatory.
  • The COD advance payment serves as a commitment from the customer and helps us ensure smoother order processing and delivery.
  • Failure to provide the COD advance payment may result in the cancellation of your order.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances or if the product(s) are out of stock.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.
  • Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be canceled and are subject to the refund policy stated above.
