Replacement for Wrong Items:

- To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team within 4 days of receiving your order.
- We may require photographic evidence of the incorrect items for verification purposes.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange for the prompt replacement of the incorrect items at no additional cost to you.
COD Advance Payment Requirement:
- For all orders, a Cash on Delivery (COD) advance payment of one-third (1/3rd) of the total order amount is mandatory.
- The COD advance payment serves as a commitment from the customer and helps us ensure smoother order processing and delivery.
- Failure to provide the COD advance payment may result in the cancellation of your order.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances or if the product(s) are out of stock.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.

- Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be canceled and are subject to the refund policy stated above.
